In order to integrate and promote the company's environmental protection, safety and health, energy conservation and other related work, the company is committed to improving the utilization efficiency of various resources and reducing the impact on the environmental load. In terms of environmental safety and health, we strive to become a sustainable enterprise.
1. The company has set up resource recycling bins to classify resources, and holds regular discussions with workers to promote the social responsibility of resource recycling.
2. The company also avoids the waste of disposable tableware.
3. From time to time, the waste oil generated during the operation of the machine is entrusted to a qualified licensed waste disposal company for disposal.

The company's internal control system "Production Cycle" has formulated environmental protection, safety and health operations within the regulations, and complies with the "Labor Safety and Health Act", "Pollution Prevention and Control Act", "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Act" and "Noise Control Act", etc. Relevant laws and regulations.
The company's mainland subsidiary obtained ISO 14001 "Environmental Management System" certification and ISO 45001 "Occupational Safety and Health Management System" in 2021 (ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018. The acquisition dates are: 2021/02/01. The certification dates are both for 2021/02/01 ~ 2024/01/31). Mainland subsidiaries conduct annual reviews and comply with domestic environmental, safety and health laws and regulations to reduce environmental-related operational risks.
Our company's product manufacturing process includes a cleaning process. The cleaning agent avoids the use of controlled substances controlled by domestic or international standards, such as ozone layer depleting substances, and replaces them with other less toxic substances to reduce the impact on the environment and reduce the operator's exposure to harmful substances. Possibility of chemicals. All relevant domestic sewage is sent to the sewage treatment plant through pipelines.

The company is willing to cooperate with the energy conservation and carbon reduction policies promoted by the government, continue to pay attention to changes in relevant domestic and foreign regulations, understand regulatory trends so as to respond early, and fulfill its corporate responsibilities in environmental protection. The factory belongs to a low-volume industry in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. It conducts self-inspection on the biennial estimated conversion CO2 equivalent results of the group ( including TRADETOOL AUTO, Tande, Xiangyang Tradetool, Baoyuan and Bao Heyuan ) in 2022 and 2021. As follows:
Emission statistics:
(1) Direct greenhouse gas emissions, including mobile combustion sources of official vehicles, etc., the total direct emissions are 371 metric tons and 320 metric tons of CO2 respectively, both accounting for approximately 6% of the total emissions.
(2) Indirect energy greenhouse gas emissions are mainly from purchased electricity. The indirect energy emissions are 5,408 metric tons and 5,204 metric tons of CO2, respectively, accounting for approximately 94% of the total emissions.

In the face of global climate change risk issues, the company has independently carried out greenhouse gas inventory every year since 2018 and voluntarily disclosed the current status of carbon emissions to review its own carbon management capabilities. In 2022, TRADETOOL AUTO and Tande will conduct an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in 2021 for the first time through an external unit ( Taiwan Inspection Technology Co., Ltd. ) and obtain ISO14064-1 certification and verification. They hope to pass the ISO14064 standard and the "Announcement of the Environmental Protection Agency" Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Registration Operation" to understand the company's carbon emissions.
In order to respond to the international carbon reduction trend and manage climate change issues, OPEN has adopted the following response measures and implementation

Strategy	1. Understand the company’s carbon emissions through greenhouse gas inventory, identify emission hot spots and evaluate feasible solutions for improvement 2. Conduct climate change risk assessment to understand the impact of climate change on company operations and finance
Risk Management	1. Establish "Risk Management Policies and Procedures" to incorporate climate change into the scope of risk management 2. The company has established the "Greenhouse Gas Inventory Management Measures" to conduct an inventory of greenhouse gases in the previous year every year
Indicators and Goals	1. Implement the 2022 ISO14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory and third-party verification, which will be completed by the end of 2023 2. It is planned to use 2021 as the base year, and the electricity density and renewable energy proportion will decrease and increase by at least 1% respectively by 2025
