Implementation of integrity management

Our company has established a "Code of Ethical Conduct" and "Integrity Management Procedures and Behavioral Guidelines" to regulate the company's integrity management policies. These guidelines specifically define the matters that the company's directors, managers, and employees should pay attention to when conducting business. To implement the integrity management policy and ensure robust management, the General Manager's Office serves as the dedicated unit, working with relevant departments to assist in business operations and the formulation and promotion of subsequent preventive measures. Additionally, an annual report on the execution status is submitted to the board of directors.

Every year, the company organizes internal and external education and training on integrity management and legal promotion for directors, supervisors and employees from time to time. The implementation is as follows :
